I have led end-to-end execution from customer acquisition and partner onboarding to service delivery and quality control giving me a deep understanding of how businesses operate at the ground level. Before founding Jiffit, I also ran a digital marketing agency, where I worked with multiple businesses on performance marketing, branding, and growth strategy. This experience helped me develop strong skills in customer acquisition, funnel optimization, data-driven decision-making, and ROI-focused marketing capabilities that are directly applicable to scaling a hyperlocal marketplace like Jiffit.
