1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FounderWink ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

2 Services Description

FounderWink provides a platform for startups, entrepreneurs, and investors to connect, share stories, and access resources. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Startup story submissions and features
• Community networking opportunities
• Educational resources and content
• Connection tools for founders and investors
• Event information and registration

3 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FounderWink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the services provided by the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• The User Content is not unlawful, offensive, or misleading

5 Intellectual Property

The FounderWink platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FounderWink and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FounderWink.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon any intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempting to bypass any security measures
• Using the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose

7 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8 Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

FounderWink does not warrant that the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

9 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FounderWink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

10 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FounderWink and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Platform, or a breach of these Terms.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
